Science lags behind personal experience often. Yet it isn’t until we have scientific “proof” , data, that we begin to accept what is experienced. This cycle makes us dumb down our personal awareness, our inner guidance, the core of each of us where we are both like others and unique.

Take pain. No, really, take it far away. Yes, that is the response. Yet when you focus toward whatever pain you have whether it is emotional or physical, when you allow yourself to fully experience both kinds of pain, guess what? You discover a slim margin…
